Small actions make all the difference. Here are some to think about:
Notice the world around you. Disconnect from technology and take a walk. Breathe the air, notice your surroundings and the people and animals. Find beauty wherever you are.
Listen and don’t talk. Resist the urge to comment or even speak. Pause and wait and breathe. Be neutral and non-judgmental.
Say hello and make eye contact. Be real and human and connected.
Observe your thoughts without obsessing. Thoughts are not real.
Approach every encounter with gentleness for you never know what someone else is experiencing. Your energy will impact everyone you meet.
Be kind to the planet for it has given you life.
